If you see RDM occur, do report it, do not in anyway try to intentionally intervene, intentionally notify the public of your report, and or notify one and or both parties of any acknowledgement of their random death match(es).  The [u]Punishment for RDM[/u] varies on case, 5 or more results in a 10 day ban. More than 15 (within a day) will result in a 3 month ban. [u]First Time Offenders[/u]: People who haven't been noted to RDM before, will be granted one verbal warning. [*][color=#c0392b][b][i][u]NLR[/u][/i][/b][/color]: Is defined as New Life Rule, wherein, after a person is killed in game and as a result remembers the incident(s) leading up prior to, or during the series of events that resulted in the person's death. NLR is not tolerated as it ruins the experience for everyone involved, and sometimes those who aren't involved at all. If you see NLR occur, please report it to an admin. First offense is a verbal warning and a citation among staff. [*][color=#e74c3c][b][i][u]Door Property, and Property Guidelines[/u][/i][/b][/color]: Doors and Properties are defined as follows - Cops cannot own property, and or base with anyone else who owns that property.  - Gun Dealers, and Black Market Dealers cannot base with gangs. All the doors have to be owned by the same person, co-owners per door can vary. In the case of someone buying one room in a large house, since the majority door owner is the property owner, both persons are obligated to authorize each other as co-owners to doors that lead to one exit from the property.
